Mobile Notary in Utah
We travel to your home, office, hospital room, or care facility — in Utah County, Salt Lake City, and across Utah — for notarizations that can't wait or can't be moved.
When mobile notarization makes sense
A mobile notary exists for the situations where getting to an office isn't realistic: a parent recovering in the hospital who needs a power of attorney signed, a business owner who can't leave the shop during business hours, an elderly relative in a care facility, or a closing deadline that lands at 7pm on a Friday.
The notarial act itself — verifying your identity, witnessing your signature — is identical whether it happens at a desk or a kitchen table. What changes is that we bring the trip to you instead of asking you to make it.
Where we go
- Private homes and apartments
- Hospitals, hospice, and skilled nursing facilities
- Offices and job sites
- Assisted living and memory care communities
- Public meeting spots (coffee shops, libraries)
If your notarization is part of a mortgage closing rather than a standalone document, see our loan signing agent page — signings have their own process and timing.

Mobile notary FAQs
How far will you travel?
We regularly cover Provo, Orem, Springville, Spanish Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, American Fork, Payson, and Salt Lake City — and we travel across Utah too. The travel fee scales with distance, so tell us where you are and we’ll quote it.
Can you visit a hospital or care facility?
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons people book a mobile notary. Some facilities require advance notice for visitor check-in, so let us know the facility name when you book.
Do you charge for travel even if the appointment is quick?
Yes. The travel fee covers the trip itself and is separate from the notarial act fee, which is capped at $10 per signature by Utah law.
Can you come in the evening or on a weekend?
Most days, yes. We’re available Monday–Thursday from 5pm–11pm, Friday from 6am–5:30pm, and Sunday from 6am–11pm (closed Saturdays) — common for hospital visits and closing deadlines.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Often, yes — same-day mobile appointments depend on distance and current availability. The closer you are and the earlier in the day you reach out, the better the odds. Call or text and we’ll tell you right away whether it’s possible.
